Reviews
I recently used Happi Kiddos for the first time to babysit my 5-year-old with autism, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Raquel showed genuine patience and understanding, taking extra care to communicate clearly and create a calm environment that made both the child and me feel at ease. She was attentive to sensory needs, offered plenty of engaging activities, and checked in with me regularly. Meanwhile, the dog sitting service was just as professional—my pup was returned happy and relaxed. I’d happily recommend these services to anyone needing reliable, compassionate care in a busy hotel setting.

I’ve trusted several sitters with my 5-month-old and 1.5-year-old, but none compare to Raquel. Her passion for kids is obvious from the moment she walks in—she truly loves and enjoys spending time with babies and toddlers. My children light up when they see her, and I feel completely at ease knowing they’re in such caring, enthusiastic hands. Raquel goes above and beyond, and her genuine connection with little ones sets her apart from anyone we’ve had before.
Dr. Adeline
As first-time parents, we were more than a little anxious about leaving our kid with someone we didn’t know, but Raquel put us at ease the moment she walked in. She has this calm, warm aura that just makes you trust her right away. Our three-year-old, who can be a tough critic, was happy and comfortable in her care, which honestly says it all. Raquel didn’t bombard us with unnecessary calls or questions, and it was clear from the start that she truly knows what she’s doing when it comes to kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We have five girls—ages 6 months, 2.5, 5, 8, and 12. As soon as we walked in the door, all I heard was, “Next time, can you guys stay out longer? We love our teacher.” She helped them with their homework, and they had a great time hanging out in the hotel room.
Ben & Dani, RE Brokers
We were in a real bind when our last sitter bailed, leaving us with twelve kids between the ages of four and ten. By the time we got home at midnight, every single one of them was asleep—out cold. They’d worn themselves out, finally crashing around 11. Raquel somehow managed to keep them entertained and under control the whole time. Honestly, she’s got a real gift for handling kids and actually making it fun for everyone.
Happy Parents – Lupe, Consuelo, Samuels, Martinez, Diaz
We never visit Las Vegas without calling Raquel. We’ve been seeing her for five years now, usually three or four times a year, and every trip just feels better when she’s part of it.
Raquel has this way about her — kids and dogs just gravitate to her, even if they’ve never seen her before. It’s like there’s something in her voice, or maybe it’s the way she listens, but whatever it is, they pick up on it right away. You can see it happen: my toddlers who’s quiet around strangers suddenly wants to show Raquel their favorite toy, or my dog, Maximus that usually hides behind the couch is suddenly sitting at her feet, tail thumping. She doesn’t even have to try. They just know she’s safe.
We even told some people we know in the NBA about her.
NBA Legend
As a foster mom with zero experience when it comes to babies, I was honestly overwhelmed. Then Raquel showed up and basically took the reins. She knows everything there is to know about newborns—seriously, it was like having a baby expert on speed dial. I even asked her to come by for a few hours on weekends because her help made such a huge difference. She was flexible, worked around my schedule, and her rates were totally fair. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her.
MJ, Bank Executive
This is our second time booking Raquel. We don’t usually go out, so our two-year-old is pretty attached to us — but as soon as Raquel showed up, he was all smiles. No tears, no fuss. In fact, he actually told us to leave! We’re still a little stunned. All we can say is: wow.
The Cannons – Josh, Viv, and Oliver
I still can’t get over how amazing Raquel was with our dog. We’d had a terrible experience before—another company’s sitter just never even showed up. But when we called Raquel last minute, she said yes without hesitation, and actually arrived 15 minutes early. She went above and beyond in every way. We felt so relieved knowing our dog was in such good hands.
