About Raquel
Mom by day, teacher by trade, trauma-informed and mental health certified—wrangling kids from PreK to 12th and still somehow married. If you need a lesson plan or a pep talk, I’m your girl.
You Hit the Slots—We’ll Handle the Tots (and the Spots)
Finding a safe babysitter shouldn’t require the same luck as winning at the slots, but let’s be honest—sometimes it feels like it. We get it. You want your kids (and your furry sidekick) to be in good hands while you enjoy a little “me time” or sneak in a workout with your bestie. That’s where our Happi Kiddos services come in. We take the stress out of your stay, so you can focus on hitting the gym… or the buffet. No judgment.
Our team of licensed teacher, childcare pros knows how to keep little ones safe, happy, and entertained. We’re talking games, crafts, and enough activities to tire out even the most energetic kid—so you might actually get to sleep in for once. Plus, our dog sitting squad is basically a VIP lounge for pups. There are treats, belly rubs, and absolutely zero judgment about how many times your dog circles before lying down.
Convenience is our middle name (unofficially—we tried to have it changed, but the paperwork was a nightmare). Need a last-minute babysitter so you and your bestie can catch a yoga class or just stroll the casino floor without worrying about spilled juice or chewed-up shoes? We’ve got you. Just hand off your crew and go enjoy grown-up time—no bribes, no guilt trips.
So next time you’re in Las Vegas to any of our famous hotel & casino, don’t roll the dice on child or dog care. Let us handle the chaos while you enjoy a little freedom. Who knows? You might even come back to find your kid has learned a new dance move and your dog has made three new best friends. Now that’s what we call a win-win.

Meet Raquel (Ms. Lara, Ms. L)
I wear a lot of hats—sometimes literally, thanks to all the crafts my students insist I try on. I’m a mother and wife first (my family would revolt if I said otherwise), but by day I’m a teacher with a master’s in Early Childhood Special Education, specializing in the wild and wonderful world of kids ages 0-5. I’m licensed to teach pre-K through 12th grade, and somewhere between snack time and story circles, I also became a Qualified Mental Health Associate and earned my Trauma-Informed Certification. Translation: I can handle meltdowns—toddler or teenage, classroom or kitchen—like a pro. My superpower is finding the humor in chaos, because if you can’t laugh when you find Play-Doh in your shoe, what’s the point?
